On February 22, 2025, the 5 STAR Memories team had the honor of participating in the Meals on Wheels of Greenville’s 30th Annual Sweetheart Charity Ball, a special evening held at the Greenville Convention Center. This annual fundraising gala serves a vital purpose: raising funds to provide meals for individuals and families in the Upstate of South Carolina. It was a night to celebrate an incredible milestone—70,402 meals provided to the homebound in 2024.
Meals on Wheels of Greenville plays such a crucial role in the community. And therefore we were excited to contribute to this event by enhancing the guest experience during the cocktail hour. Guests had the opportunity to bid on various community-sponsored prizes, and that’s where we came in.
As a key part of the event, Meals on Wheels of Greenville wanted to add something special to the cocktail hour—a way to engage guests while they mingled and bid on prizes. Therefore, they sought a unique, interactive photo experience that would bring fun and excitement to the evening while staying true to the event’s branding and mission.

Three sister hotels came together for an employee holiday party at the Cordial Rooftop Bar at the AC Hotel Charlotte South Park in Charlotte, NC and we were proud to have been hired to provide our 360 video photo booth to capture all the fun!
The Cordial Rooftop Bar offers an authentic menu that is Spanish styled and offers indoor as well as outdoor seating and dining options. Located on the 8th floor it offers beautiful views of the Charlotte area.
The employees of Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and AC Hotels Marriott showed off their dance moves and style on our 360 video booth while one of the DJs of Split Second Sound spun the tunes and kept the crown moving!
Throughout the evening they enjoyed raffles as well as a nice fire pit to keep warm on the rooftop bar area. As people enjoyed our 360 video booth we also broadcast the video sessions on the big screen TV so that everyone can enjoy the amazing output from every shot we took!
To add to the fun of the experience on our 360 photo booth we added some extras such as holiday themed props, glasses, headwear and even a beautiful staff / cane that they held to match the king’s crown we supplied for the video experience. We also brought a few other fun props such as our featherless boas that are mess and worry free as well as hypoallergenic!
