Ask us anything about our South Carolina and North Carolina photo booths.

To set up, we ideally request a 10 x 10 x 10 feet with a standard power outlet located within 25 feet of a non-shared power outlet.

How much space is needed for photo booth?

Why 5 STAR Memories LLC? And how do I book? 

  • We will arrive with the photo booth at least 1 hour prior to the event for setup.
  • During event, our attendee will direct guests to and through the photo booth process; if prints are included, they will receive prints within seconds of taking the photos.
  • The event sponsor will have access to the full gallery for 90 days; additional time available for a cost.

What is the process on the day of event?

Outdoor use is available for an additional fee, but a covering is required to protect equipment.

Do you allow outdoor use?

This can include company logos for branding, event host/couples’ names, date of the event, and more.

We offer the following customizations:
  • Template/Overlay (what you see on the printed photos)
  • Start Screen 
  • Background
  • Backdrop
  • Prints

What customizations are available? 

This may be a great option or addition if you are having an event…any event (birthday, wedding, corporate, etc) and some of your guests are unable to attend; please allow them to still be a part of the fun with a virtual photo booth; or you can host an online presence virtual booth.

Do you offer virtual booth options?

Is setup and tear down included in the photo booth rental time?

We will arrive early so that your photo booth fun is not interrupted.

What if I want the photo booth stopped for a while midevent? 

This would constitute an “Idle Hour”—essentially, you may want the photo booth running before or after that time and we can accommodate.
